Fusion and fresh are served LIT Café in Anaheim

Fusion and favorites at LIT Café in Anaheim

“Fusion and favorites are on the menu at LIT Café. Bowls piled high with fresh, colorful ingredients make a mouthwatering meal engaging to the eye. And, petite pastry artworks like delicate meringue peaks and chocolate with berries desserts look too delicious to eat. But, eat you must because this beautiful fare is a tasty and remarkable dining experience.” See Julie’s review at TheYums.

The food at LIT Café is a 3D experience. It is multi-dimensional not only in space, but in flavor and uniqueness. The restaurant has an open and comfortable space in a new shopping center. It is close to many large and small businesses near the freeway. They offer to-go menu items and produce fast, healthy lunches for the working crowd.

They make Saturdays special with a brunch offering of adult beverages and their menu of healthy and fusion dishes.

Kura Revolving Sushi – fast, fresh, and fun!

Kura Revolving Sushi

Kura Revolving Sushi makes dining fun!

“Sushi meets the Jetsons at Kura Revolving Sushi Bar. Fresh and authentic Japanese food is served fast on a space-age revolving conveyor belt reminiscent of the 1960’s American sitcom cartoon, The Jetsons. Enjoy the flavors and traditions of Japan in a showy and lively way.” Read more about it on TheYums.

Tustin California Best Dining Experiences

Here’s what Foodie Flashpacker guest contributor, Julie Diebolt Price, had to say about Tustin eateries.Tustin eateries most popular on Top 11 list

“Many of the eateries in this Top 11 List are popular Tustin restaurants with a history of their own. Established in or around the oldest, most famous landmarks in town, all of these outstanding restaurants are situated in the heart of Orange County.”

Some of my favorite restaurants are in Enderle Center, The District, and Old Town Tustin. Each have a unique presence and presentation. Many cultural dishes include Mediterranean, Italian, Greek, and good old American.

When you try one of these restaurants, be sure to let me know what you think and which is your favorite dish/meal. Do you think some others might qualify to be on this list? I want to know that, too!
